Is the Earth Hung on Nothing or on Pillars?
Job 26:7 - He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.
Job 9:6 - Which shaketh the earth out of her place, and the pillars thereof tremble.
1 Samuel 2:8 - He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD'S, and he hath set the world upon them.

If the Earth hangs on nothing, how can it be set on pillars?

The earth is not hung on pillars. When the Bible mentions pillars it is not saying that the earth is hung up by pillars, but "pillars" is talking about the church of God (1 timothy 3:15, Genesis 20:28). Thus when it says the pillars tremble, or the pillars are the lords, its talking about the Church of God, which is the pillar. No Contradiction.
