2 Thessalonians 2:2

“The day of Christ” is the reading of the great majority of Greek manuscripts, and of the Greek the KJV was translated from. It is Paul’s own phrase: he looks to “the day of Christ” in Philippians 1:10 and 2:16, and to “the day of Jesus Christ” in Philippians 1:6.

The King James Bible

2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Read 2 Thessalonians 2
